here is a $25 non-refundable application fee to process the adoption application.

The application fee can be paid using the PayPal link below.

If you are

approved and decide to adopt,

the $25 is deducted from your adoption fee.

Application Review Process

Once we receive your application, we will review

to see if you meet our adoption

criteria.

If you listed a vet reference, we call your vet to verify any existing pets are kept up to date with yearly

vaccinations and that they are spayed/neutered. If you have pets that are not properly vaccinated or have a

vaccination history, we will decline your application. This includes cats that are kept indoors at all times. If you

do not have a vet reference, we require 2 non-family member personal references.

We often receive several applications for the same dog during an adoption event or from online postings. We

do not base our decision on the order in which the applications were received. We review each

application

and

make our decision based on what we feel is the best fit for each dog. We reserve the right to decline any

application.

Adoption Agreement

- Attached is a copy of our adoption agreement that you will be required to initial each item

and have all adopters sign when we finalize your adoption.

charge and

the payment must be made 3 days prior to finalizing the adoption.

Dogs

/Puppies

that are

not

spayed/neutered yet:

Puppies < 6 months - $250 plus a $100 spay/neuter deposit
Dogs > 6 months - $200 plus a $100 spay/neuter deposit

payed/Neutred Dogs:

Dogs < 3 yrs old that are spayed/neutered - $300
Dogs between 3 and 5 yrs old that are spayed/neutered - $200
Dogs > 5 yrs old that are spayed/neutered - $150

FOSTERING

We believe in the value of the lives of these animals that we rescue and giving them a

second

lease on

life with Parents that will love them and treasure them as true members of

the family.

Wags strives to place the animals in our care in the most appropriate and permanent living

situation.

Until that perfect home can be found our animals will remain in foster care.

Most of the animals that need foster care will need your patience, understanding, time,

training

and

unconditional love to help them move into their forever home.

Most fosters are only with you for a short time, enabling us to learn more about the

personality

and habits

of the animals. While other fosters may require additional time so

that they can

learn

how to trust and be

loved.

If you are able to open your heart and home to help foster one of our beloved animals,

Wags

will provide

the following:

- All medical care

- Food

- Crate, leashes, collars etc.

- Support in caring for your foster
